Last updated 5 November 2026. What Evervia collects when you scan a page or join the waitlist, why, and how to have it deleted.
Who runs Evervia
Evervia is run by Dmytro Pavlov (ФОП Павлов Дмитро Олегович), a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. For any question about your data, or to use the rights below, email dottek.ukraine@gmail.com.
When you scan a page
- The page address you enter is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights, which loads the page and runs Google Lighthouse’s accessibility checks. Our server also requests the page once, to check that it exists and to see whether it runs on Shopify.
- The report is stored on Cloudflare for up to 1 hour, so a repeat scan of the same page is instant. It is stored under the page address, not under anything about you.
- The scan limit. To keep the free scanner available for everyone, each internet connection can run 30 scans an hour. To count them, we store a one-way code made from your IP address (for IPv6, from its network part) with a counter. We never store the IP address itself. Counters older than an hour are deleted automatically with the next scan.
- Daily totals. We count how many scans run each day, how they ended (for example “report created” or “address not found”), how many scanned sites run on Shopify, and how many people joined the waitlist. The totals hold no page addresses, email addresses, IP addresses or anything else that points to a person.
When you visit the site
Evervia sets no cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or local storage and doesn’t identify individual visitors. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
When you join the waitlist
The waitlist form appears under reports of Shopify stores. If you join, we store:
- your email address
- the address of the store you scanned
- the language of the page you joined from
- the date and time you joined
Sign-ups are limited per internet connection in the same way as scans, with the same one-way code.
We use this only to email you about the Evervia Shopify app: when it’s ready to try, and how to get started with it. We don’t send newsletters, and we never sell or share the list. We keep your entry until you ask us to delete it, or delete the whole list if we stop working on the Shopify app. Each email we send says how to stop receiving them.
Legal basis
- Waitlist: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we delete your entry.
- Scans, the scan limit and the daily totals: our legitimate interest in running the scanner reliably and protecting it from abuse (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Who else handles the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, the database and the stored reports, and provides Web Analytics. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy
- Google LLC runs the scans through PageSpeed Insights. Google receives the page address you scan, not your IP address or email. Read Google’s privacy policy
Both may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States, under their own data protection terms.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, and to correct or delete it. Email dottek.ukraine@gmail.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. Scan counters and stored reports can’t be traced back to you, so there is nothing to look up there. Both are deleted automatically. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If you’re on the waitlist and the change affects your entry, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
